running!!!

hey this is ashlyn i have been doing this 5k training at school and i am off track so me and my mom are going to run on Mondays,Wednesdays,and Fridays so we just ran 20 minutes!!!!!! i am so excited cause it is so fun running with my mom.

    Woo! You've got Alisa beat already, I think she goes abou 5 minutes before passing out. When is the 5k?

    Nice!! 20 min. Keep it up and you will be doing the RAGNAR with us. Landon will be jealous. You should have had Breckyn take a picture. Maybe next time.
